My wellness practice is rooted in a combination of clean hydration, targeted supplementation, consistent movement, and meaningful connection. I begin each day with Kangen water, a high-quality alkaline source that supports cellular health, pH balance, and detoxification. One of my foundational supplements is Irish Sea Moss, which provides over 90 essential minerals to nourish the body, strengthen immunity, and promote skin and thyroid health.
In addition to sea moss, I take a focused stack of supplements that support my energy, recovery, and resilience. Bee Pollen for natural energy and antioxidant protection, and Haritaki for digestion and mental clarity. I also include Zinc and Magnesium, which support immune function, hormonal balance, muscle recovery, and restful sleep. To further strengthen my immune system and longevity, I’ve added Goji Berry capsules, and for cardiovascular support and endurance, I take Beet Root Extract. I also incorporate All 9 Essential Amino Acids daily to fuel muscle recovery and overall strength. As a natural grounding practice, I take a spoonful of raw honey each day to nourish my system with enzymes and vital nutrients.
